Online Program Info and Policies
REGISTRATION FORM AND WAIVERS:
Waivers and payment must be completed at the time of registration, by filling out the forms and is only applicable to the registered child (*Please see our sibling discount policy). ¡HOLA! is delighted to have siblings join, and all participants need to be registered.
LATE REGISTRATION, PRO-RATES, MAKE UPS:
Joining our programs once our session has started is possible, and pro-rates are honored. Please ask ¡HOLA! for a quote.
Make up sessions can be RSVP by email: info@holaplaygroup.com for your child to participate in any other of our online programs, please check for scheduling with us. Make-ups can not be carried over onto the following session,.
REFUNDS AND ONE-TIME TRIAL CLASSES:
Refunds can be requested prior to no less than 7 days before a session begins. A $50 cancellation fee will apply. ¡HOLA! cannot give any refunds once the session has started, but you can get credit to be applicable to the following session.
If you’re uncertain if the class will work for your child, taking a one-time paid trial class is possible. Joining the remainder of the session will be pro-rated when enrollment takes place.
SIBLING DISCOUNT AND PERKS:
A 10% sibling discount will be applied at the time of enrollment, and is applicable to one child only.
Please have your child’s buddies join us! We’ll be glad to offer you $40 OFF the session fee when they enroll.
An original music CD will be shipped to new families when they sign up for the full session (only 1 CD/family).
ONLINE PLATFORM AND MATERIALS:
¡HOLA! uses Zoom, and a link will be emailed 5 mins prior to class. Please prepare your child ahead of time in from of your device.
We’ll send you the parent the worksheets for the day prior to class, PLEASE PRINT AHEAD and for the younger children, only hand them when it’s prompted during class, as it is for class activities.
