Video / Photo Waiver
To ensure the safety of our students and program quality online, we record each class meeting for review and evaluation. Class video recordings are strictly protected and stored at the conclusion of each session for HOLA Playgroup, Inc.’s internal use only. By registering for classes, you grant ¡HOLA! permission to record and you agree that it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that what is shown on the family’s end does not compromise your family’s privacy. We respect your privacy and the children’s identity is never displayed, and we agree to retain the integrity of the participating student’s image, neither misinterpreting nor taking him/her out of context.
On occasion, we may take photos during a session to be used in promotional newsletters, the website and/or publications. If we were to use a photo where your child appears, ¡HOLA! would notify the parent and request permission to use in advance.
For valuable consideration, I hereby give ¡HOLA! Playgroup, Inc. permission with respect to the photographs or video of my child, which may include to copyright the material in our name, to re-use, publish the same in whole or in part, including illustration, promotion or advertising. This authorization and release shall also ensure access to legal representatives, licenses and assigns of HOLA Playgroup, Inc./Veronica Braun.
